In one of my many personal responses to the image “Going Back,” I am turning my studio into a more functional space. After this was done I felt free. I now have the northern light shining in. I am able to sort through my many paintings and journals, and shelve them until a later time. I feel I can move forth into the next phase of my art practice.

Two nights ago at approximately 4:40am, I closed my eyes and I saw the most lustrous shapes with flowing movements – absolutely divine! – rb

Presently I highlight my dream life and what it means to me as the dreamer. I have journaled and interpreted these dreams nightly over the last 8 years, and thousands from other people around the world.

The image above, “Going Back,” was inspired by rocks initially, and I turned to remembrance of dreams reminding me to handle an issue before moving ahead. After putting this image on the website, in my personal life I experienced amazing and meaningful events, received in a vision about my art practice. The image breathed life.

These phenomena happened to me this week, which is why I mark this image as significant. I believe my art and all art should be open to a viewer’s interpretation.
